- This is a design brief. I will then send you a letter on my services and costings for your project.
Property & Garden Presentation Advice- I will give advice on how to present your home and garden for your open inspections when you are selling your home, and help select furniture that you may wish to hire for this interium period.
- Property Presentation and Property Styling helps you prepare your property prior to putting it on the market. Theses preparations help you to sell or rent your property in the fastest possible time, at the highest possible price!
- I will visit your home and asses your property with you and prepare a Consultation Report, which gives you a through assessment of what needs to be done to maximize your property’s potential, with advice and recommendations which you can choose to follow yourself, or commission Interior and Exterior, to complete the project at whatever level suits your available time and budget.
